How do I know the car’s condition?
Atlantic Euro Cars researches each vehicles condition carefully and uses the services of third part inspectors at the auctions to verify all units will be as described. Each Vehicle undergoes a 150 point inspection done by our licensed service technicians on arrival..
How do I know if the car has been in an accident?
All our cars have an up to date CarProof Report. Car Proof is a vehicle history service we employ to verify all aspects of the vehicle history. CarProof checks both Canadian and US databases for accidents, police reports, liens and titles. This insures we have full disclosure on all items of concern. We will provide you with a copy of this report.
Are the cars under warranty?
In most cases we try to sell only vehicles with remaining factory warranty. For Vehicles with no factory warranty remaining we recommend our extended warranty programs.
Are extended warranties available?
Yes Atlantic Euro Cars can offer you extended warranties from many reputable Canadian companies. We only deal with companies that use manufacturer approved new parts and procedures.
Can I test drive the car, truck or SUV?
In most cases test drives can be arranged. Test drives typically depend on our source for the vehicle, whether it be from our inventory or if we are purchasing it for you from another location.
How will Atlantic Euro Cars ship my car?
Atlantic Euro Cars has relationships with some of the largest car carriers in Canada and the USA. We ship our cars to our New Brunswick location by truck. Generally we use mainline carriers who transport new vehicles for the Canadian car manufacturers. In some cases we utilize special enclosed carriers for exotic or high-end vehicles.
When will I receive my car, truck or SUV?
Typically it takes approximately 10 business days to buy a car at a Canadian auction, ship it to our location and have our service team inspect it. The actual amount of time will vary on each vehicle transaction depending on weather, traffic, shipping availability etc.
Where do the vehicles come from?
Our vehicles are sourced from Canadian and US auto auctions run by Manheim and Adesa, numerous off lease wholesale websites, and trusted franchised and independent dealers across Canada and the USA.
Does Atlantic Euro Cars import cars, trucks or SUVs from the USA?
Atlantic Euro Cars imports vehicles from the USA on an individual basis.
Do you buy cars at police, public or seizure auctions?
No we do not support salvage, public or seizure, auctions. These vehicles simply are not generally up to our standards.
Do you buy cars that have been involved in an accident at the auctions?
Typically we do not recommend buying vehicles that have been accident repaired. This does not mean that all accident-damaged vehicles are bad; each case must be examined and researched individually. In some cases these vehicles can be a bargain without risk.
Do you offer car financing or do you lease cars?
Yes we offer leasing, bank and retail financing on all vehicle sales.
Will you accept my used car as a trade-in?
Yes we will accept trade in’s. Each Trade in needs to go through an appraisal but once the appraisal has been completed we can give you a firm value for your trade in vehicle.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes each deal requires a deposit; our policy is that deposits will be 4% of the approximate vehicle cost (minimum $500). The deposit is applied to the balance of your deal on final delivery.
Do you accept Visa or Mastercard.
Yes we accept MasterCard or Visa for Service repairs, detailing and tires. We accept credit card payment for deposits on vehicle orders up to $2000.
When is the balance payment for my car due?
The balance outstanding on your sales contract is due at the time of delivery of your vehicle. For payment we require appropriate signed documentation agreeable to an approved lending source or a certified cheque. We do not accept Visa or Master card for payment on vehicles.
